Pricing for theQ Virtual Call Centre is straight forward with a flat monthly hosting fee and then a
call rate per min per call depending upon which plan you select. There are no licensing fees within theQ service. The service provides for unlimited agents, unlimited seats, unlimited queues and unlimited destinations. You simply pay a small monthly fee for your account and the corresponding call rate for your plan. You can change your plan at any time, allowing you to adjust for peaks and quiet periods throughout the year, while retaining all of the functionality you require regardless of your call volumes. Standard setup is also included free with your monthly hosting. Where you require extensive customisation or speech recognition we will quote accordingly.
